Dr Oz: Kirstie Alley Rescue Me, Release Me, Nightengale Weight Loss, Sleep

Kirstie Alley's Weight Loss Kit on Dr. Oz - Release Me, Nightengale, and Rescue Me for Weight Loss and Sleep

Dr. Oz interviewed Kirstie Alley today to talk about how she has lost weight and her plan to keep it off.. Kirstie has battled her weight for years with yoyo dieting and she shared some products today that she created to help her lose weight and to KEEP it off!  In case you missed today's show, here are  the products that Kirstie shared with Dr. Oz.

Rescue Me Elixir Drink

Kirstie Alley, Rescue Me, Release Me, Dr oz
Kirstie Alley told Dr. Oz during the opening interview today about how she used to drink 12 cans of grape soda each day.. Yes, 12!!  Considering that each can of grape soda has 50 gms of sugar it's easy to see how her weight got out of control for awhile.. Well, Kirstie craves sugar and she needed to find a product that would fulfill her love for soda but not be packed with so much sugar and calories.  She went to nutritionists and scientists to come up with a formula that would help to reduce her cravings for sweets.  Rescue Me elixir drink contains agave nectar with fulfills her sweet cravings but has a low glycemic index.

I really wouldn't mind trying "Rescue Me"  If anybody has tried this drink, please leave a comment below and let me know how it tastes!  I have layed off soda for quite a long time now, but I still crave it all the time..  I would love to find a drink that would satisfy those cravings without but full of calories (or sugar substitutes).. I've heard Dr. Oz talk about agave nectar a lot, so I may give the Rescue Me drink a try..  Kirstie Alley was looking great on the show by the way.. She obviously has lost quite a bit of weight!

Kirstie Alley's Release Me

Release Me has magnesium and calcium in it which will help to relax your muscles, your blood vessels, and is good for your immune system.. She takes Release Me at night because it makes her feel slightly drowsy and relaxed in general and helps her to sleep.

Kirstie Alley's Nightengale

This is what Kirstie takes before she goes to sleep for a gentle and soothing sleep..  Nightengale has liquid tryptophan  in it which is an essential amino acid but our bodies don't make it naturally. I have taken L-tryptophan supplements before and I can attest that they most certainly do work! I wouldn't mind taking Nightengale because the tryptophan is in liquid form and would likely be absorbed more easily. Has anybody tried Nightengale?  Please leave messages if you have any comments or advice.

I found all three of these products online.. You can read customer reviews and/or purchase the product. Here is a link that will take you to the page that has all three products.  Kirstie Alley's Rescue Me, Release Me, and Nightengale products for weight loss and sleep.
