Dr Oz, Green Coffee Bean Extract Weight Loss, SEVOL, GCA, 45% Chlorogenic Acids

Today (Sept 10, 2012) was the first show of Dr Oz's fourth season on the air!  If you are familiar with Dr Oz you know that Dr Oz doesn't endorse any particular supplement and he opened the show by displaying his outrage at how people on the internet use his image to sell their products.  He said that he doesn't receive endorsements and never receives money by any supplements or diets that he features on his show!  Last May, Dr Oz talked about Green Coffee Bean Extract and the response was huge.. So What Is Green Coffee Bean Extract



Dr Oz said that Green Coffee Bean Extract contains ingredients that will literally melt your fat away.  It is also full of antioxidants and contains very little caffeine.  So how much weight can you lose taking Green Coffee Bean Extract?  To find out Dr Oz performed a study featuring 100 members out of the audience to participate in this weight loss experiment.

For the study they wanted to showcase people that are very similar so they only chose women who were between the ages of 35-49.  Their BMI (Body Mass Index) has to be between 25-45.  They also wanted the participants to have very few medical problems.  They had to have had no history of diabetes or heart attacks.  The women couldn't be pregnant or be breast feeding.

The study participants were asked to keep a food log to make sure that dietary changes weren't aiding the green coffee bean extract's weight loss results.

So, how well did the weight loss study go?  Half of the audience that were participating in this study received green coffee extract..  The other half of the participating audience received a placebo.  Nobody knew what they were receiving!

First of all they showed how much the entire audience lost.  As a whole they lost 123 pounds.  This included the placebo participants.  The group that took green coffee bean extract lost 81.5 pounds.

What Kind of Green Coffee Bean Extract To Buy?



Dr Oz said that not all green coffee bean extract is created the same.  He said to look for "Svetol or GCA in the ingredients on the label.  Don't be fooled by seeing the word "Pure" on the label.  Make sure it says SVETOL or GCA in the ingredients label.  Also make sure that it contains at least 45% Chlorogenic Acid.  The dosage should be 400 milligrams taken three times daily.
